Wisdom Session (Education & Setup)
what are your values? who do you want to protect?
Schedule a 2-hour Wisdom Session: If you do not already have an estate plan (will, trust, power of attorney, etc.) in place.
Harmony Session (Review & Checkup)
is your existing estate plan in harmony with your values?
Schedule a 2-hour Harmony Session (Existing Estate Plan Review and Checkup): If you do have a will, trust, or comprehensive estate plan in place, and you would like for us to review your plan to make sure it is in tune or in “harmony” with your values.
Rule of Thumb: Your estate plan should be reviewed by a licensed attorney every 2 to 3 years to make sure it still achieves your goals.
Additionally, if (1) you have purchased real property (a home / land / real estate); (2) you have had children; (3) moved to Texas; (4) received your inheritance; or (5) started a business since it was created or the last reviewed by a licensed attorney, you are overdue for a review & check up Harmony Session.
