Wisdom | Harmony Sessions

Your $750 session fee will be waived entirely, as long as you (& your spouse, if applicable): (1) attend your Wisdom | Harmony Session as scheduled; and (2) you use your best efforts to complete the People & Asset Inventory (including the background information & Values Assessment) ("Homework").

You will receive an email with the People & Asset Inventory (links & password) within 24 hours of scheduling (or Monday if you schedule after hours on Friday, Saturday or Sunday).

Virtual, Weekend, and Off-Site Sessions

If you schedule a Wisdom | Harmony Session: (1) via videoconferencing (Zoom), (2) at an off-site physical location (other than our two office locations); or (3) in our Woodlands Office on the weekend (on a Saturday or Sunday), then your $750 Session Fee must be paid upfront.

If your Session is being held via videoconferencing or off-site, you will receive a $375 credit towards any comprehensive estate planning designed with us during your scheduled Session.

If your Session takes place on a Saturday or Sunday in our Woodlands office, you will receive a $750 credit toward any comprehensive estate planning designed with us during your scheduled Session.

Rescheduling / Cancellation Sessions Policy

Please note, we do not allow cancellations within 5 business days prior to your scheduled Session. If you cancel your scheduled Session within 5 business days of your scheduled Session or fail to appear for your session as scheduled, your $750 Session Fee is owing and nonrefundable. If your cancellation is requested within 5 business days prior to your scheduled session, your card will be charged immediately prior to cancellation.

Grace Period: In the case of a no call no show, your card will be charged on the date of your scheduled Session no earlier than 30 minutes after the scheduled Session start time. In the case of a sickness or last minute emergency, your card will be charged on the date you indicate you will not make your scheduled Session, unless you proactively communicate with our team and work to reschedule it. If you reschedule your Session within 3 business days after your originally scheduled Session, your $750 Session Fee will be entirely credited toward any comprehensive estate planning designed with us during your rescheduled Session.

If you fail to attend your scheduled Session, or you do not complete the Homework, you will be charged for your Session in full. If you have selected the reserve without paying / pay later option during scheduling, you understand Weygandt Law will charge your card if you fail to show up (unless you reschedule your Session within our rescheduling window) or fail to complete the Homework.

If you fail to reschedule your Session within 3 business days, or if you attend the Session without completing the Homework, you will be charged for your Session Fee but will receive a $375 towards any comprehensive estate planning designed with us during your scheduled Session. If you need to reschedule to a weekend date, you will owe the $750 in full as outlined in the terms of our Virtual, Weekend, and Off-Site Sessions policy above.
